By making an appointment with SM aesthetics you are agreeing to the following terms 

 

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

As part of our service to providing an efficient service to all of our clients we need our clients to arrive on time to their booking slot, we allow a 10 minute grace period from the scheduled appointment time, anything after this will result in the forfeiting of the booking fee and cancellation time. If you are running late please get in touch via Instagram or phone number as we may be able to accommodate. For lash services - no shows and late cancellations will be charged a £20 cancellation fee in addition to their deposit 

 

 

We understand that circumstances can arise on the booking time and we do aim to try our best to assist you or to reschedule, so please do get into touch as soon as possible so that we can do our best to accommodate you, however please note this is not guaranteed. 

 

RESCHEDULING

For rescheduled appointments we ask for atleast 72 hours notice prior to the appointment date so that we can move your appointment date and time over with no additional costs. This policy will be enforced on all of our customers to maintain fairness for all of our clients 

 

Booking fee - a non refundable booking fee is required to secure your booking subject to which service that you book. This deposit is strictly non refundable under any circumstances, however if rescheduled within the 72 hours can be moved to a different appointment date and time
